General Questions

1. Why choose ZvCutouts?

ZVCutouts has a wide variety of images and filters to help you find the best solution for your rendering needs, even the hardest angles, positions & professions that are not usually easy to find on other websites. All images are 100% legally obtained and cutout by our team, ready to use for commercial projects.

2. Do I have to register or log in to buy or download images?

Yes, you need to register and log in order to be able to download images. The images that you download are stored in your account in case you need to download them again in the future.

3. How can I register on ZVCutouts?

You can do it easily by clicking on the Log in / Register button in the upper right hand section of the site. You will receive a confirmation email which you must click to complete your registration.

4. Can I use these resources in commercial works?

All of our cutouts can be used on your personal and commercial projects without having to sign agreements causing additional delays. All of our cutouts are approved and ready to use for your commercial projects & marketing.

5. Can I sell the images that I download?

You may not sell the images that you download from ZvCutouts. You can use them in visualizations and other graphics, but not offer them for resale or distribution. Please read The End User License Agreement for more information.

By Subscription / By Credits Questions

1. Do I have to suscribe to a monthly plan or can I choose to buy credits individually instead?

You can either buy a monthly subscription or choose to buy credits individually.

2. If I purchase a subscription, will you automatically renew it monthly?

Yes, we renew and rebill subscriptions automatically every month.

3. Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can easily cancel your subscription at any time clicking here.

4. What happens to my credits if I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel your subscription:

  • You will keep your credits until the end of the month.
  • You can reactivate it as long as you are still within the month of the subscription.
  • If you  choose to reactivate it, the payment cycle is automatically renewed.
  • If the subscription is not reactivated, it will therefore be canceled at the end of the month and you will have to subscribe again to one of our plans.

5. What happens to my credits and my old subscription if I decide to upgrade or downgrade?

When upgrading, you will have to pay the difference between the old subscription and the new subscription. The credits of the new subscription will be added to the existing ones and the expiration date will be updated automatically, which will be one month from the upgrade date.

By downgrading, you will begin to pay for the new subscription once the month of the active subscription expires without losing your existing monthly credits of the current plan. Once that month has concluded, you will begin to pay the cost of the new subscription, obtaining the corresponding credits from the new plan.

6. Do the credits purchased in the By Credits tab have an expiration date?

No, credits puchased in the By Credits tab do not expire.

7. What are the payment options?

PayPal or credit card, all major credit cards are accepted.

8. Are my credit card details stored on the site?

No credit card information is ever stored on our servers. We use, one of the most secure and reputable payment processors available.

9. What is your refund policy?

Credits are non-refundable. To request a refund for an image, please contact us at within 10 days of original purchase.

If our services does not fit your expectations please contact us.

10. What happens to my credits and images downloaded after the refund?

The credits will remain valid until the expiration date and the products downloaded will remain in My Library section.

Technical Questions

2. What are the file formats and what does each file contain?

The download format is PSD. These files always contain a base layer. Usually they also have a supporting shadow layer and sometimes they also have a projected shadow layer, which can be turned off or manipulated to your liking.

4. Can I download the same image more than once?

Yes. After you have purchased an image it will be stored in your ‘my library’ area, where you can access and download it again in the future. The images that you have downloaded will also show a direct download symbol should you come across them while searching for other cutouts. This will help you identify which cutout has already been purchased while browsing the cutout library.

5. What happens to my images if I cancel my subscription?

The images you have downloaded will always be saved in your my library section so that you can download them at any time, as long as your account continues to exist and even though you do not have an active subscription.

6. Do the credits have an expiration date?

The credits available when subscribing to any of the packages last for one month from the date of the subscription and are not accumulative. Meaning that after the automatic monthly renewal, your credits will reset and you will have once again the amount of credits that the monthly subsciption provides. Credits purchased in By Credits tab do not expire.

7. What happens if I run out of credits?

Whether you run out of credits or if you anticipate that you will need more credits than those that are provided by your plan per month, you can buy credits without expiration in the By Credits tab by clicking on the upper link where the amount of available credits is shown.

1. Can I see my profile information and change my password or other information?

2. Can I share my account with other people?

Each account is individual and cannot be shared with other people.
